+ Return & Refund Policy

At GK Figure, we are following the industrial best practices in handling all of your orders. All of our orders are checked for order and quality accuracy upon shipping out of our Partner's Studios. Although we are trying our best to minimize the errors, things might still happen. Please refer to table below for the conditions of our Return/ Refund Policy.

Opened and used products. Non-returnable/ Non-refundable
Product is damaged, malfunction or with manufacturing defect upon receive. Non-returnable/ Non-refundable
Damaged due to user negligence, misuse or abuse. (exposure to high heat, chemicals, open flame, sharp objects, etc.) Non-returnable/ Non-refundable
Products obtained from a source other than https://www.gkfigure.com Non-returnable/ Non-refundable

*Customer are required to contact us within 5 days of receiving order. If products from a single order are received in several parcels, the return period begins on the day individual parcel received.

For all the Returnable/ Refundable products, please keep all the evidence (original product received, packaging of the product, photo of the product, order invoice/ receipt, and etc). Our Customer Support team would request for the evidence to expedite the process. The product must be in the original state and packaging with the original tags attached. Products that comes with accessories/ parts, all the accessories/ parts must be remain in the original packaging. We might reject your Return/ Refund request if failure to do so. Please contact us and our Customer Support team will keep in touch with you soon.

+ Return Process

Our Quality Assurance team will inspect the products sent back by you. We would proceed to the return process if we confirmed that the products fits within our refund policy. Please note that we have no control over how long it take for the parcel to reach our store. However, our quality check may takes up to 2 business weeks. This includes any dispute with the relative Manufacturers/ Resellers/ Distributors/ Studios and etc.
Once the return request is approved, it might take up to 1 week for the refund to be made by GK Figure to your payment service provider. Please note that we have no control over the time taken for your payment service provider to refund your money.

+ Refund Process

+ Delivery Cost for Product Return/ Refund

GK Figure will provide full refund for the price of the relevant products which meets our Return & Refund Policy, excluding its delivery fee (if any). We may refund shipping fee only for some refund cases, based on specific conditions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to our store. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
